Our aim is to ship all items within 3 business days of the order.

With regards to returns/cancellations:

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Send items back within: 14 days of delivery

Because of their nature we cannot accept returns/cancellations or customised or personalised items.

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

If an item is lost or broken in the post we ask you contact us immediately so we can arrange a refund. We would ask that you also send a picture of any damage, not as a question of your honesty, but to help us track any damage and investigate any cause that could be avoided in future.

Please note, otherwise sales are final, and are sold as seen on the listing. Should you wish to make a return the buyer pays for return postage and ensure the item is suitably packaged.

We endeavour to provide as accurate pictures and descriptions as possible but please note there may be colour differences due to computer displays etc. Please note fused glass will also have bubbles, which is part of its charm but we will not sell an item where we deem bubbling unslighty or weakening to the piece.

We currently sell to UK and Ireland only in £Sterling and accept payments via Paypal or Square which allows for all major debit/credit cards and Apple Pay.
